The History of QE Roofing
QE Roofing has been a long time in the making. Since Austin Cowell, founder of QE, was young man, he dreamed of having a construction company. All the way back to career day, he wanted to do construction. After working as an Insurance Property Adjuster and Roofing Sales Manager, the window opened. Learning all sides of the storm restoration business he felt he could provide more to the customer. Efficient service, professional staff, and quality craftsmanship were just a few ways we were changing the construction market. We have achieved many goals in our company, one of our greatest is becoming a Preferred Contractor for Owens Corning. This confirmed our hard work by putting us in the top 2% of all contractors in the roofing industry. We put people first, knowing we will benefit by helping others.
Austin Cowell, Founder
QE Roofing was founded and solely owned by Austin Cowell. While attending Middle Tennessee State University had his first taste of a hailstorm. Murfreesboro, TN was hit by a severe hailstorm devastating the entire city. Austin started working for a local roofing company, running materials to jobsites. After being promoted to Project Manager, he excelled in selling roofs. He traveled the US selling roofs in storm damaged areas. Learning everything he could to further himself. Austin with support of his family pursued becoming an Insurance adjuster. Representing the nation’s largest insurance companies he assisted homeowners in catastrophes. After learning all sides of the business Austin decided to start QE Roofing. Since then, QE Roofing has completed over 4000 reroofs / 70 million in production and continues to assist property owners in need.

On-site-full time project managers are a key part of the QE team. In addition to overseeing the project on a daily basis, they are responsible for the customer's needs, auditing quality, supplies, and equipment. Inspections are done routinely to monitor the standard of quality. We want every roofing project to be an unforgettable great experience.
